Online Workshop/Fundraiser to Benefit Wildfire Victims:
Staying Grounded and Centered in an Uncertain World
with Jonathan Bender
Tuesday, October 17, 2017  3pm PT / 6pm ET / 11 pm UK / 9am Melbourne (Recording provided to all who register)

As many of you may know, I have been personally effected by the wildfires in Northern California. A Santa Rosa resident, I was awoken at 2am on Sunday night, October 8th to evacuate from the path of the Tubbs Fire, which glowed in the near distance.  While we are still evacuated and do not know when we can return, I am grateful that so far my home and my loved ones are safe. Many of our neighbors, and those in our community of Santa Rosa and Sonoma County, were not so lucky.

On Tuesday, October 17th, 2017 at  3pm PT, I will lead an online workshop, "Staying Grounded and Centered in an Uncertain World".   Grounding and centering are essential to speaking; they're also the best way to deal when world events make things unpredictable and unsafe. Join us to practice these quintessential skills.

Some of what you'll learn:

 * Why it's very important to get centered and grounded in difficult times - as well as for empaths and sensitive people to do so always.
 * Insights around what's happening energetically when your community or country is in conflict
 * Tangible practices to release others' reactions and feelings (great for empaths) - as well as to release difficult experiences, feelings or thoughts
 * Simple, beautiful techniques to ground and center, that you can use anytime
 * Connection and community with others who care, and want to make a difference

This class is by donation. 50% of your donation will go to support fire victims who have lost everything but the clothes on their backs, and the rest will support Jonathan and his family in this time of transition and displacement.
You will receive the links to donate after you register.
